What happens if I use my personal account instead of the Departmental Account?

If you swipe your card without pressing the account override key the system will charge your personal Debit Dollar account rather than the Departmental Account. If you realize this before you start copying, then just pull the card out of the reader and start over. Individual departments set reimbursement policies for any departmental copies charged against a personal account.
