LOST/STOLEN OR UNAUTHORIZED CARD USAGE

Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately via Internet by using the convenient quick link - 24 hours a day, 7 days per week or in-person at a GOCard Office during business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

The replacement fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards is $25. Replacement of a card when there is a change of the Cardholder status is free. The old card must be presented in exchange, otherwise there is a $25 charge.

If you have temporarily misplaced your GOCard, you have the option of obtaining a Temporary GOCard to use for up to 7 days, free of charge. Only limited quantities of Temporary GOCards are produced for each location, therefore availability is not guaranteed. If a Police Report is presented at the time of replacing your GOCard, the charge of $25 will be waived.

Students, Faculty and Staff may pay for the replacement fee with their GOCard Debit $ account. You can deposit funds to your GOCard by using  one of these deposit options.
