Routine requests for door access privilege assignments or door schedule changes must allow three business days for implementation.

  • Urgent requests that are within three business days will be charged a fee of $50.
  • Immediate requests for same-day changes or requiring service outside of business hours will be charged a fee of $100.
  • Payment will be processed by department cost center number through a JV.

No charges will be assessed for life-safety issues, emergency campus closures such as snow days, emergency access revokes due to involuntary terminations, or student suspension.
