Departmental Access Cards

Departments can request Departmental GOCards, with access for their area for up to 3 months, by completing the Departmental Access Cards Request Form.

Main Campus Door Schedule Change

Complete the Main Campus Door Schedule Change Request Form to request a change to the current schedule for a certain door/building.
 
All requests will be completed within 1-2 business days.

If you are not the person in charge of this door/building, we will complete the update once approved by the person in charge.

Law Campus Door Schedule Change

Complete the Law Campus Door Schedule Change Request Form to request a change to the current schedule for a certain door/building.

GOCard System Access

Complete the GOCard System Access Request Form if your position requires you to access detailed information from the GOCard system (e.g., reports, assigning access for your area, reviewing or changing time schedules), or to perform alarm monitoring. We will contact you when your account has been established.

Physical Security Request (New Reader Install)

Complete the Physical Security Request Form to request a new card reader installation via the Department of Public Safety.

Lenel Alarm System Access

Complete the Lenel Alarm System Access Request Form if your position requires you to access the Lenel Alarm System.
